While Ayelet Tours is best known for helping travelers explore Jewish heritage through our Israel tours and Jewish Heritage tours around the world, we also offer logistical and registration expertise to many of the largest Jewish organizations. About Our Conference Planning Services
At Ayelet Tours it is our mission to assist clients in creating and executing travel and event logistics from initial conception to successful conclusion. Whether clients come on an Israel tour with us or we are working together on conference planning, we are fully dedicated to making the experience outstanding and highly memorable. The very same skill set that has made our tour to Israel packages famous is put to use to ensure client conferences are planned with no detail left unattended. Our Conference and Meeting planning department offers the following services:
Meeting planning – These services enable our clients to focus on event programming without getting bogged down in logistic detail. We are able to assist with such aspects as room setups and assignments, food and beverage selection, audio visual requirements, onsite logistical assistance, onsite registration desk staffing and conference signage and printing.
Travel services – As evidenced by the success of our Israel tours and World Jewish Heritage Tours since 1986, Ayelet Tours is also a full-service travel agency. We can put our experience to work for you by handling everything from flight arrangements and optional tours to ground travel and more. Our services include airline reservations, car rental, rail transportation, bus and ground transportation logistics, pre and post conference tours, special events and more.
Hotel logistics – Our reputation as a meeting planner will give your organization the leverage it needs to get the most out of working with any hotel. Our services here include site selection, contract negotiation, room block and attrition management, creation and management of rooming lists, and serving as the liaison for all hotel communications.
Data management – Our proprietary in-house database allows us to customize our data processing and reporting to suit each client’s unique needs. Our data management services include full integrated and secure on-line registration, electronic confirmation letters for registrants, registration and event reports for conference planners, accounting reports and analysis, name tag design and creation.

The
History of Ayelet Tours
Ayelet
Tours was established in 1986 by Diane Rubtchinsky
with a staff of three. Strong word of mouth and
a reputation for unparalleled professionalism
led to rapid growth in the Israel market, and
conference coordination. In September of 1998,
Joseph (Seffie) Epstein became a partner in Ayelet
Tours bringing with him many years of on-site
Israel experience. Ayelet Tours, Ltd. now consists
of a full time staff of 25 tour, travel and meeting
planning professionals. We are proud to have offered
over 20 years of outstanding tours, conferences,
and logistical coordination to tens of thousands
of clients.
Offering personalized individual tours, congregational
tours and Bar/Bat Mitzvah Tours to Israel, World
Heritage Tours, Conference Management Services
